Dear Mr Yelverton,
I want you to know how professional, courteous, and just plain nice your electricians were when they did our recent repair work. They worked well past normal working hours and checked everything and did everything I asked them to do, gladly, and left me feeling much safer.

It is not often that I feel compelled to write someone regarding the service performed by their associates. However, a recent experience with your electrician "John", requires me to write you.
First, when I called about having someone to come and solve my problem I was surprised that they were able to work me In the same day.
Secondly, when John arrived he explained to me your policy regarding service, costs etc., and then began to diagnose the problem. The problem was more than I expected but he was able to correct that and one other problem which came to mind before he arrived. All within short order as far as I am concerned.
You are fortunate to have someone like John on your staff and if he is an example of your other associates, you are indeed to be congratulated for training them in customer relations that sets them apart. (no, we are not related)
Then to receive a follow-up call, plus your note is beyond my expectation. This is truly going the extra mile.

Dear Sir/Madam:
I wanted to express my appreciation for the work two of your contractors performed at our home last Friday. Your electricians came to replace some fixtures, check our wiring, and provide advice on the capacity of our current electrical system (we’re expanding).
During the last month my husband and I have had to replace our satellite dish, replace some plumbing, and get bids on various home improvement projects. Your electricians provided the first positive, competent, pleasant, efficient contact with service professionals. They performed their jobs very efficiently, and were super in the process; they were professionals with a human touch.
