Technicians Our technicians are fully and professionally trained. We come to your premises in fully stocked trucks that carry thousands of parts so we can service your needs immediately. We give you the “Red Carpet Treatment” and wear shoe protectors over our boots to protect your floors. We work with drop cloths and clean up any mess when we are done. Our technicians wear full uniforms that have our company name as well as the technician’s name so you know who we are when we arrive at your door. We drug-test and background-check all service technicians. This helps us assure you that you and your family are safe.

With Up-Front Pricing, you will know your price before any work is done. When our technician arrives at your home or business, he will do a thorough evaluation of your electrical system to determine exactly what your problem may be. He will then explain your repair options to you and tell you the exact repair/installation cost before any work is done. We want you, our customer, to be comfortable knowing that the price we quote is the price we charge.
